This new type of ash discharge valve device is a dust collector discharge device based on compressed air as the power source and driven by a pneumatic piston to push the slider. Its working principle is that the control system designed for this device relies on the reciprocating motion of the slider driven by the pneumatic piston to control the discharge. The movement process of the pneumatic piston from left to right, that is, the left side of the slider runs from the left side of the feeding port to the right side of the feeding port, and the dust particles enter the outer sleeve to complete the feeding process. When the pneumatic piston moves from right to left, dust particles are pushed towards the sealing cover. When the sealing cover is pushed open by dust, the dust is pushed out of the outer sleeve. When the pneumatic piston moves to the far left end, the unloading process is completed, and at this time, the feeding port is blocked by the slider, so the dust is repeatedly discharged.
This device achieves sealing of the outer casing inlet through the following measures: during the feeding and pushing process, the dust between the slider and the outer casing is used to seal the right end of the outer casing. At the same time, relying on the negative pressure inside the dust collector, the sealing cover is tightly attached to the outer casing, achieving sealing of the left end of the outer casing. During the unloading process, the dust between the slider and the outer sleeve seals the left and right ends of the outer sleeve.
