Testing methods and scope of application for fluorine lined valves
According to the different sealing forms of valves, the allowable leakage amount of valves varies. For small leakage amounts, as general flow meters cannot detect them, it is necessary to measure them by observing and counting the number of bubbles leaking from the open end in water. Using a computer data acquisition system to record the number of electrical pulses and achieve automatic counting.
(1) Temperature:
The experimental temperature measurement involves the range from room temperature to liquid nitrogen temperature, using a thermoelectric thermometer. The temperature is measured, collected, and input into the measurement and control computer through a digital multimeter, displayed on the computer interface, and automatically recorded and saved by the computer. At the same time, the computer sends the temperature measurement values to the temperature display instrument on the instrument panel for on-site display.
(2) Pressure:
The measurement range of the test pressure is 0-10 MPa. The system pressure is displayed on-site on the instrument panel using a pointer type precision pressure gauge and a digital pressure gauge. At the same time, the system pressure is measured using a pressure transmitter and converted into a voltage signal. The signal is measured, collected, and input into a measurement and control computer through a digital multimeter, displayed on the computer interface, and automatically recorded and saved by the computer.
(3) Liquid level:
To ensure that the liquid nitrogen level meets the requirements of valve testing, PTFE lined valve Measure the liquid level height using a differential pressure transmitter. Measure electrical signals through a digital multimeter, collect and input them into a computer for display, and remind to add and stop liquid nitrogen injection operations.
(4) Traffic:
The allowable leakage of valves varies depending on the sealing form of the valve. Valves with soft sealed structures should have zero leakage. For hard sealed valves, a certain amount of leakage is allowed. Based on the above situation, two types of flow measurement devices are equipped. One is a small flow meter, which is used to measure the leakage of hard sealed valves or soft sealed valves that allow for a certain amount of leakage under relatively abnormal working conditions.
For small leaks, as conventional flow meters are no longer able to detect them, it is necessary to measure them by observing and counting the number of bubbles leaking from the open end in the water. Using a computer data acquisition system to record the number of electrical pulses and achieve automatic counting.
Scope of application of fluorine lined valves
The nominal pressure of the fluoroplastic lined butterfly valve is PN116 (fluoroplastic can withstand pressures up to 215MPa). DN50~1 200。 Fluorine lined DC globe valve The applicable temperature is comprehensively evaluated based on the temperature that different materials (metallic and non-metallic) can withstand. The use temperature of steel lined fluoroplastic (WCB+F46) material is -29~150 ℃. Limit the higher value to no more than 150 ℃. The applicable medium is corrosive media such as low viscosity acids and alkalis, mainly referring to strong corrosive media such as acidic, alkaline, organic, and inorganic solvents. For low viscosity granular media with relatively high concentration, fluoroplastic lined valves should avoid using solid granular media as much as possible.
