Today, I will introduce the flow testing of fluorine lined valves. I hope my answer will be helpful to everyone.
Firstly, the allowable leakage of valves varies depending on the sealing form of the valve. Valves with soft sealed structures should have zero leakage. For hard sealed valves, a certain amount of leakage is allowed. Based on the above situation, two types of flow measurement devices are equipped. One is a small flow meter, which is used to measure the leakage of hard sealed valves or soft sealed valves that allow for a certain amount of leakage under relatively abnormal working conditions. Secondly, for small leaks, as conventional flow meters are no longer able to detect them, it is necessary to measure them by observing and counting the number of bubbles leaking from the open end in the water. Using a computer data acquisition system to record the number of electrical pulses and achieve automatic counting.
I believe there is no need for the editor to say more, everyone must have a certain understanding of flow testing for fluorine lined valves.
