If the interface between the flange sealing of the pipeline and the valve at both ends is metal during installation, a fluoroplastic sealing gasket needs to be added.
If the pipeline has sufficient strength to withstand the weight and operating torque of the valve, it is not necessary to set up supports, otherwise specialized support points need to be set up.
After installation and pressure testing of the system, the valve needs to be in the fully open position.
