Reason: 1. The joystick and pin are too tightly matched or there are foreign objects stuck inside; 2. There is a foreign object stuck inside the valve.

Possible fault 2: Leakage at the connection between the valve body and the valve cover of the check valve
Reason: 1. Uneven tightening of connecting bolts; 2. The flange sealing surface is damaged; 3. The gasket has ruptured or failed.
Solution: 1. Re tighten the bolts evenly; 2. Repair damaged sealing surfaces; 3. Replace the sealing gasket again.
Possible fault three: loud valve noise and vibration
