Before use, carefully read the product manual. Reasonably select the applicable range of temperature, pressure, etc. based on the parameters on the nameplate. Before using fluorine lined valves, in order to prevent stress concentration caused by temperature changes, temperature changes should be minimized as much as possible, and U-shaped expansion joints should be added before and after the valve. For some unstable and easily decomposable media, such as media whose decomposition can cause abnormal operation, volume expansion, valve damage or leakage. Measures should be taken to eliminate or limit factors that cause instability in the medium. When selecting a valve, consideration should be given to whether the medium is stable and easily decomposable, and an automatic pressure relief device should be installed on the valve. For toxic, flammable, explosive, highly corrosive and other media, it is strictly prohibited to replace valves under pressure. Although fluorine lining is reliable in the design of sealing function, it is still not recommended to replace the packing under pressure.
The inner fluoroplastic sealing surface of fluorine lined valves is often damaged by medium crystallization, solid particles, etc. due to its soft texture, resulting in seal leakage. After discovery, it is necessary to repair or replace the sealing components in a timely manner. If the handle or handwheel does not rotate flexibly or cannot be opened or closed tightly, the nut can be loosened appropriately. If it is still not flexible, it may be considered that the cover is tilted. If the pressure cap is still not flexible after adjustment, the valve needs to be disassembled for inspection and troubleshooting. During the disassembly process, it should be noted that if the medium in the pipeline is toxic, flammable, or explosive, the staff should take protective measures to prevent accidents.
