The second type of valve disc slides along the vertical center of the valve body, which can only be installed on horizontal pipelines. For high-pressure small caliber, it is recommended to use a spherical valve disc. The valve disc opens by the thrust of the medium. When the medium stays, the valve disc falls onto the valve seat by gravity, which can effectively prevent the backflow of the medium. This valve is a new type of valve with small size, light weight, and excellent processing technology. It is one of the development directions of fluorine lined check valves, but the fluid resistance is greater than that of rotary check valves.
The third type is a fluorine lined check valve with the valve disc rotating around the pin shaft inside the valve seat. This type of valve has a simple structure, can only be installed on horizontal pipelines, and has good sealing performance.
There are various types of structures for fluorine lined check valves, and the above three are just a small part of them. Their main purpose is to prevent backflow when the medium stops and reduce hydraulic shock. In addition, there are various fluorine lined valves that are not suitable for installation at the pump outlet, such as Y-shaped check valves, which will not be further introduced here.
