1. The castings are precision cast using metal molds, which are not easily deformed during the casting process, have a dense structure, a flat and smooth surface, and a beautiful appearance. The metal surface before lining is processed by mechanical machining, sandblasting, and degreasing treatment.

2. The inner cavity and flange sealing surface of the metal parts that require lining are designed with mechanically processed dovetail grooves, metal spheres or valve discs, and other components with appropriate through holes drilled. After the lining is formed, the strength and adhesion of the lining are increased, and the lining will not peel off or delaminate from the metal substrate.

3. Adopting an electronic digital temperature control box, the preheating temperature, heating rate, and insulation time of the product lining material can be controlled according to the process parameter requirements.

4. The hydraulic molding equipment can set and adjust the initial pressure of molding - the time cycle of the required pressure for final forming.

5. An environmentally friendly and adjustable flow circulating cooling system can control the cooling speed during the molding process, ensuring effective exhaust, forming, and shrinkage of the lining material during the molding process.

6. The surface of the lining layer should be smooth, flat, and uniform in color, without any defects such as bubbles, cracks, or delamination.

Before assembly, each fluorine lined component shall undergo strict high-voltage electrical discharge leakage testing at 100%, and magnetic thickness gauges shall be used to measure thickness according to the proportion specified in the inspection regulations.

8. Final product testing, with a 100% inspection ratio, shall be conducted in accordance with JB/T 9092 standard for shell strength, high-pressure water seal, high-pressure upper seal, and low-pressure gas seal tests
