2. When installing, try to install horizontally with the valve stem facing upwards. To prevent the PTFE lined valve from tilting and allowing the valve to be installed in its natural state, and to prevent significant installation stress caused by pipelines, supports, etc., the valve should not be lifted using a handwheel during installation.

3. When installing, if the sealing surface of the pipeline flange connected to the fluoroplastic lining sealing surface at both ends of the valve is metal, a fluoroplastic sealing gasket must be added.
4. If the pipeline has sufficient strength to withstand the weight and operating torque of the valve, then the PTFE lined valve can be left unsupported. Otherwise, a dedicated support point should be provided for the PTFE lined valve.
5. After installation, during pressure testing of the system or pipeline, the PTFE lined valve must be in the fully open position.
