Generally, this type of globe valve only has two states: fully open and fully closed, and does not have throttling or regulating functions.
The sealing of fluorine lined DC globe valves is generally forced sealing, so when the valve is opened and closed, the valve disc needs to be externally pressurized to ensure that the sealing surface does not leak. When the medium enters from below the valve disc, it is necessary to overcome the resistance generated by the friction between the valve stem and the valve body itself. So the torque required to close the fluorine lined DC globe valve is generally greater than the torque required to open the valve.
