Preparation work before installation of fluorine lined three-way ball valve

    Fluorine lined three-way ball valve It is a valve with a fluorine plastic layer lining on the valve body, suitable for working conditions such as pressure of 6.4MPa. It can be divided into fluorine lined three-way flange ball valve and fluorine lined three-way internal thread ball valve according to the connection method. After purchasing a new fluorine lined three-way ball valve, we need to start installing it. In order to ensure normal operation after installation, in addition to proper installation, the preparation work before installation is also crucial. Below, we will briefly introduce some preparation work that needs to be done before installing the fluorine lined three-way ball valve.
1、 Cleaning
1. Check if some parts of the ball valve have been polished and if there are any machining burrs on the surface.
2. Degrease all components of the ball valve.
3. Acid wash and passivate the degreased parts, and rinse them clean with purified water after passivation.
4. Wipe the parts dry with non-woven fabric or blow dry with clean nitrogen gas.
5. Use precision filter paper dipped in alcohol to wipe the parts.

2、 Assembly
Seal and store these processed components for future installation.
1. The installation site should be kept clean to prevent dust from entering.
2. Assembly workers should tidy up their clothing to ensure that they do not contaminate the valves.
3. The assembly tools should also be degreased and cleaned.
4. After assembly, it is necessary to blow with nitrogen and conduct an air tightness test. After passing the test, it can be packaged.
