Moreover, traditional gate valves have only one packing seal between the valve stem or gate plate and the valve body, and only one sealing position, which poses a significant risk of leakage. The bellows lined fluorine gate valve includes a valve body, a gate plate, a valve cover, a valve stem, and an actuator. The gate plate includes a connecting part and a sealing part. The upper end of the connecting part is interlocked with the valve stem, and a bellows is wrapped around the connecting part. The upper end of the bellows is fixed between the valve cover and the valve body, and the lower end of the bellows is fixed on the gate plate. The cross-section of the connecting part is circular or elliptical. There is a fluorine lining layer wrapped around the outside of the gate. The fluorine lining layer is made of meltable polytetrafluoroethylene, fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer, or modified polyolefin material. The inner wall of the valve body is covered with an inner lining layer, and the inner wall of the valve cover is covered with an inner lining layer. The inner lining layer is made of meltable polytetrafluoroethylene, fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer, or modified polyolefin material.

The corrugated pipe of the fluorine lined gate valve is made of polytetrafluoroethylene material. The gap between the gate connecting part and the valve cover is filled with polytetrafluoroethylene material packing, and a packing cover is provided on the valve cover to compress the seasoning. The gate and valve stem are fixedly connected by cylindrical pins. A gasket is installed between the valve cover and the valve body to press the end of the corrugated pipe between the valve cover and the valve body.
The valve body cavity and gate of the corrugated tube lined fluorine gate valve are coated with PFA/FEP or GXPO, and the upper end is sealed with PTFE packing, so that the parts in contact with the medium in the entire flow channel achieve the same corrosion resistance. It can be used in chemical, petroleum and other strong acid, strong alkali and highly corrosive media. It mainly has the following characteristics:
1. PTFE bellows have been installed on the gate to enhance the sealing performance of the valve cavity. The expansion and contraction performance of the bellows allows for adjustable sliding of the gate up and down during opening and closing, thereby achieving the function of adjustable flow rate within a certain range;
2. A bearing component has been installed on the valve cover bracket, which reduces the torque and accelerates the opening and closing speed of the valve;
3. The flow direction of the medium is not restricted, there is no disturbance or pressure reduction, and the pressure difference before and after the valve does not change much;
4. The structure is relatively simple, and the cost of replacing parts or maintenance is lower.
