1、 Valve body leakage:
Reason:
1. The valve body has sand holes or cracks,
2. The valve body cracked during welding repair,
Repair method:
1. Polish the suspected crack area and etch it with a 4% nitric acid solution. If there are cracks, they will be visible,
2. Excavate and repair the crack area.

2、 Damage to the valve stem and its mating threads, or breakage of the valve stem head or bending of the valve stem:
Reason:
1. Improper operation, excessive force on the switch, malfunction of the limit device, and failure to activate the over torque protection.
2. The thread fit is too loose or too tight.
3. Too many operations and too long service life.
Repair method:
1. Improve operation, do not apply excessive force; Check the limit device and the torque protection device.
2. Choose appropriate materials and ensure assembly tolerances meet the requirements.
3. Replace spare parts.

3、 Valve cover joint surface leakage:
Reason:
1. Insufficient or biased tightening of bolts.
2. The gasket does not meet the requirements or the gasket is damaged.
3. The joint surface has defects.
Repair method:
1. Tighten the bolts or make the gap between the door cover flange consistent.
2. Replace the gasket.
3. Disassemble and repair the sealing surface of the door cover.
