      PTFE lined valve Also known as fluoroplastic lined corrosion-resistant valves, they are valves developed and designed to meet the needs of corrosive environments with strong acids and alkalis. The most commonly used type of PTFE lined valve is PTFE lined butterfly valve. This type of butterfly valve is lined with PTFE inside the valve and on the valve plate of a conventional butterfly valve to isolate the medium from the valve body and achieve anti-corrosion effect. The main reason why PTFE lined butterfly valves are commonly used is that they have many characteristics. The specific introduction is as follows:
1. The valve body of the PTFE lined butterfly valve adopts a split type combination for easy assembly and sealing adjustment. During valve operation, only the perfluoroplastic valve seat and the fluorine lined plastic butterfly plate come into contact with the medium.
2. The inner surface of the PTFE lined butterfly valve body channel is smooth, with low fluid resistance, high CV value, strong flow capacity, moderate torque, and zero leakage of the medium.
3. The PTFE lined butterfly valve also has dual functions of switch and flow regulation, which can easily open and close the gas path without affecting the flow, ensuring the repeatability of the flow.

4. The PTFE lined valve opens slowly, reducing the impact of instantaneous pipeline pressure on the instrument and adding a damper, greatly improving the service life of the needle valve.
5. PTFE lined butterfly valves are specifically designed to control corrosive or highly corrosive media. The inner surface of the valve body is covered with various fluoroplastics for selection, suitable for different working temperatures and fluid pipelines. They have the characteristics of high strength and good corrosion resistance.
6. In order to better adapt to the needs of modern automatic control, PTFE lined butterfly valves can be equipped with electric and pneumatic actuators, and can be controlled by inputting control signals (4~20mADC or 1~5VDC) and single-phase power supply. They can be intelligent (regulating) and switch type. It has strong functionality, small size, lightweight and pleasant, reliable performance, simple matching, and large flow capacity, especially suitable for occasions where the medium is viscous, contains particles, or fibers.
