The inner surface of the sphere and ball seat ring is lined with corrosion-resistant perfluoropolymer material, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance even in harsh chemical environments.

The working principle of fluorine lined three-way ball valve relies on rotating the valve ball to make the valve unobstructed or blocked. When the valve stem rotates 90 °, the orifice inside the sphere will align or be perpendicular to the inlet and outlet of the valve body, thereby achieving the opening or closing of the passage. When fully open, the ball hole is aligned with the inlet and outlet, allowing the medium to flow freely. When fully closed, it is vertical and the medium cannot pass through. This structural design makes the operation of the ball valve switch effortless and reliable.
At present, fluorine lined three-way ball valves have a wide range of applications in many fields, characterized by the ability to switch between fully open and fully closed states, making them more suitable for cutting off control of fluid transmission pipelines or maintaining a normally open/closed state.
