Structural characteristics of fluorine lined check valve

lifting type check valve It refers to an automatic valve that relies on the movement of the medium itself to open and close the valve disc. It can prevent the medium from flowing back, stop the pump, and reverse the drive motor.
Check valves can be used on system water supply system pipelines. Check valves are divided into swing and lift types.
The swing type fluorine lined check valve is disc-shaped and rotates around the rotation axis of the valve seat channel. Due to the streamlined channel inside the valve, the resistance is smaller than that of the butterfly check valve, making it suitable for large-diameter applications with low medium flow rate and little fluctuation. However, it is not suitable for pulsating flow and its sealing performance is lower than that of the lift type.
Butterfly check valves are divided into single disc, double disc, and triple disc types, which are mainly distinguished by valve diameter to avoid weakening the hydraulic impact when the medium pauses or flows back.

1. The check valve disc slides along the vertical centerline of the valve body, and the internal thread device can only be used on horizontal pipelines. On high-pressure small diameters, the valve disc can be spherical. Its valve body and globe valve are interchangeable, so its fluid resistance coefficient is relatively high.
2. Vertical lift check valve, the direction of the medium inlet and outlet channels is the same as the direction of the valve seat, and the resistance is smaller than that of the straight through type.
3. The valve disc slides along the centerline of the valve body. Pipeline check valve is a new type of valve with small volume, light weight, and good processability, but its fluid resistance coefficient is slightly higher than that of rotary check valve.
