It is recommended to use butterfly check valves, vertical lift check valves, and diaphragm check valves for low-pressure fluorine lined check valves with a diameter of DN50mm or less; For low-pressure check valves with DN greater than 200mm and less than 1200mm, a wear-resistant spherical return valve should be used; For low-pressure check valves with DN greater than 50mm and less than 2000mm, butterfly check valves and diaphragm check valves should be used.
3. Diaphragm check valves are not easily prone to water hammer when installed in pipelines. Diaphragm can effectively eliminate the impact generated by upstream media, but they are limited by temperature and pressure and are generally used in low-temperature or room temperature pipelines.
4. When it is required to close pipelines with relatively small water hammer impact or no water, slow closing rotary opening and closing check valves and slow closing check valves should be used.
Construction and installation points of fluorine lined check valve:
1. The installation position, height, and inlet/outlet direction must meet the design requirements, and the direction of medium flow should be consistent with the arrow direction of the valve body. The connection should be firm and tight.
2. Before installing the valve, a visual inspection must be carried out, and the valve plate should comply with the current national standard requirements.
3. If it is a large fluorine lined check valve, it should be independently supported to prevent it from being affected by the pressure generated by the pipeline.
