Test clamp type Fluorine-lined Butterfly Valve Methods of performance:
1. Temperature
The temperature range of the experiment includes room temperature to liquid nitrogen temperature, which can be measured using a thermocouple thermometer.
2. Pressure
The measurement range of the test pressure is between 0-10MPa. The pointer type precision pressure gauge and digital pressure gauge display the system pressure on site on the dashboard. Then use a pressure transmitter to measure the pressure of the system and convert it into a voltage signal. Then, the data is measured, collected, and input into the measurement and control computer through a digital multimeter, and the computer automatically records and saves the data.
3. Liquid level
To ensure that the liquid nitrogen level meets the testing requirements, a differential pressure transmitter can be used to measure the liquid level height. Then use a digital multimeter to measure and collect electrical signals, input them into the computer, and use them to determine whether liquid nitrogen needs to be added.
4. Traffic volume
according to Clamp type fluorine lined butterfly valve The allowable leakage amount varies depending on the sealing form. The leakage requirement for clamp type fluorine lined soft sealed butterfly valves is zero, while a certain amount of leakage is allowed for clamp type fluorine lined hard sealed butterfly valves. These leaks are very small, so it is not feasible to measure them using a regular flow meter. It can be measured by counting the number of bubbles leaking from the open end in water. Another method is to automatically collect the number of electrical pulses through computer data for counting. ![]()
