Rubber lined valves have dual functions of switching and flow regulation, which can easily open and close the gas path without affecting the flow rate, ensuring the repeatability of the flow. Slowly opening reduces the impact of instantaneous pipeline pressure on the instrument. A damper has been added to greatly extend the service life of the needle valve.

These two types of valves have different media in use. For example, fluorine lined valves can be used for various concentrations of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, as well as various organic acids, strong acids, strong oxidants, and other corrosive media PTFE lined valve The temperature used is limited and can only be between -50 degrees Celsius and 150 degrees Celsius.
The use of rubber lined valves should avoid direct sunlight, outdoor exposure to sunlight and rain, and stacking near heat sources to prevent rubber aging and deformation. During use, it is necessary to prevent the flange surfaces at both ends from being compressed.
