When selecting media with hard particles, crystals, and impurities, the valve core and seat can be made of Hastelloy alloy.
Fluorine lined valves should be selected with the correct valve diameter according to the required flow rate (Cv value). When selecting, the valve diameter and opening degree should be calculated based on the required flow rate (Cv value) and other technical parameters. If the valve diameter is selected too large, it will inevitably cause the valve to operate at a low opening degree for a long time. Coupled with the pressure of the medium, this can easily cause the valve core and stem to be impacted by the medium, resulting in vibration of the valve.
