Reason for "dead" operation of fluorine lined gate valve switch:
In high-pressure pipelines, the fluorine lined gate valve in the closed state is subjected to pressure imbalance on both sides of the gate plate. Under the action of pressure difference, the gate plate will be tightly pressed against the sealing surface on one side of the valve seat, causing an increase in friction between the gate plate and the sealing surface. This results in greater resistance when opening the valve. As the water supply pipeline grows, the height difference increases, and the pressure difference increases. This pressure difference force becomes stronger, and the friction resistance between the gate plate and the sealing surface of the valve seat increases. Therefore, it causes difficulties when opening manual valves;
During the closing process of the fluorine lined gate valve in the open state, the flowing medium in the pipeline will convert kinetic energy into static pressure and act on the valve gate, compressing the gradually closing valve gate onto the sealing surface on the other side. As the blocking surface of the valve gate becomes larger, the force acting on the gate becomes stronger, resulting in greater friction between the gate and the sealing surface, making it difficult to operate the valve when closing.

Solution to "over dead" operation of fluorine lined gate valve switch:
The main solution is to redesign the valve bracket, replacing the original sliding friction position with rolling friction, and redesigning and processing the original lead screw nut. The screw nut is located between the upper and lower sets of pressure bearings, and the handwheel is on the upper pressure bearing. This way, neither the screw nut nor the handwheel comes into contact with the upper, lower, and inner surfaces of the bracket for friction, allowing the valve to exert force on the upper and lower sets of bearings during the opening and closing process. Transforming the original sliding friction into rolling friction, so that all the main friction pairs are transformed into rolling friction, can make manual valves easy and effortless to open and close.
