During the flow of liquid media, friction occurs inside pipelines and valves, generating static electricity. The lining material of fluorine lined gate valves is mostly polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which is not only corrosion-resistant, but also has good self-lubricating properties and low friction coefficient. Therefore, fluorine lined gate valves generate less friction during operation, naturally reducing the risk of static electricity generation.
